A house born from a wild thread
Ain'Ampela was born in 2024 from a conviction: the wild cotton of Androy and the craft of the women who weave it deserve a place among the finest materials in the world.
The beginning of a house
In 2024, Aina Luciana Rasoloarisoa gave her brand a clear direction: to create clothing in the wild fabrics of Madagascar, with and for the Antandroy weavers. Her first collection, “The Roakemba”, pays tribute to these women, to their strength and to their daily lives.
The beginnings go back further, to 2020, when Aina was already selling clothes made from Malagasy fabrics.
